What is the delivery procedure?
The carrier will deliver the order to the address indicated, and this address cannot be changed after shipping. Delivery will be made during business hours, and if there is any problem, the carrier will contact you via the registered telephone number.

Shipments are made during business hours. Shipments are processed on Saturdays for orders confirmed until 11 am (subject to availability of logistics agencies and technical problems that may arise), Sundays or national holidays, with prior notice.
