Is shopping online at BananaTreeShop safe?

The BananaTreeShop website uses a 2048-bit SSL certificate and 256-bit encryption to protect all personal information you may submit online. To safeguard your security, BananaTreeShop does not store any credit card details. BananaTreeShop will never disclose, sell, or transfer any personal information provided by our clients to a third party except as might be required by law.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes. Customers can cancel or change their order as long as it has not yet left the warehouse, i.e. if they have not received the email confirming that the order has been shipped.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

You can enter your email address on the out-of-stock product page to automatically receive notification as soon as it becomes available again.

There may be products we ran out of stock, and it does not happen immediately, allowing you to complete the purchase. If the situation does happens, our team will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer an alternative. These situations are exceptional and rarely happens.

How to use promotional codes?

  6. Verify the discount: Your order total should now reflect the discount from your promotional code. If the discount doesn’t appear, please double-check that you’ve entered the code correctly and that it’s still valid.

My promo code doesn’t work

  • Expiration date: Verify that the promotional code has not expired.
  • Terms and conditions: Some codes have specific terms, such as a minimum purchase amount, or apply only to certain products. Please check the promotional details.
  • Check for typos: Make sure there are no spelling errors or extra spaces.
  • One code per order: Generally, only one promotional code can be used per order.

Does BananaTreeShop has a physical store?

No, the Banana Tree Shop is an exclusively online store.

Can I place an order over the phone?

No, all orders are placed online.

Shipping

What is the delivery procedure?

The carrier will deliver the order to the address indicated, and this address cannot be changed after shipping. Delivery will be made during business hours, and if there is any problem, the carrier will contact you via the registered telephone number.

If someone else receives the package, they must sign the receipt with their personal details. If no one is present at the delivery, a notification will be left with a contact number to schedule a new delivery. If the second attempt fails, the package must be collected in person at the nearest transport agency.

How do I track the status of my order?

After purchase, you will be informed as follows:

  1. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and the assigned number.
  2. After payment is confirmed, we will send confirmation and begin preparing the merchandise.
  3. Once the goods have been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive the order details and tracking number. With the tracking number, you will be able to track the shipment status on the carrier’s website.

What are the delivery times for orders?

Shipments are made during business hours. Shipments are processed on Saturdays for orders confirmed until 11 am (subject to availability of logistics agencies and technical problems that may arise), Sundays or national holidays, with prior notice.

Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, as indicated for each item offered. For orders with multiple items, a single shipment will be made.Delivery times vary between 1 and 3 days, depending on the customer’s choice, for deliveries to Spain/Portugal and between 1 and 12 days for the rest of the European Union. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, but we do our best to ensure that transport companies meet them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centres, delivery within 24 hours is not guaranteed.We ship orders after payment confirmation, and we have order output control parameters based on the quantity of items.
We normally ship all orders confirmed before 5 pm for Spain/Portugal and for the rest of the EU orders confirmed before 12 pm. However, on high-volume days such as Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, and the beginning of the week, shipments may be delayed depending on the order in which they are received.

All logistics agencies carry out collections from Monday to Friday at specific times:

  • UPS: Orders confirmed before 2pm
  • DHL: orders confirmed before 3pm
  • CORREOS EXPRESS: orders confirmed before 4pm
  • SEUR / DPD: orders confirmed before 5pm
  • NACEX: orders confirmed before 6pm

Delays caused by logistics agencies external to BananaTreeShop are the responsibility of the company providing the logistics service.

Returns

Can I return a product I don’t like?

All our customers have the right to return a product they have purchased from BananatreeShop as long as it is not used, and in its original packaging, with no signs of having been handled or used. The customer has 15 working days to request a return. Read the Refund and Returns Policy.

Do I need to keep the original packaging?

Yes, it is essential to keep the original packaging.

According to our return policy, we only accept returns if the product is sealed, unused, and in original packaging, with all its components (including gifts, manuals, and labels intact. The absence of the original packaging may result in the refusal of the return.

What should I do with a defective product?

If you detect a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@bananatreeshop.com, indicating the order number, description of the problem, and photos of the product. Our team will evaluate the case and, if the defect is confirmed, we will arrange a refund.

Do the products have a warranty?

Yes. All products from BananaTreeShop have a legal guarantee against manufacturing defects, under our return policy

Do we handle repairs?

At BananaTreeShop, we currently do not offer repair services for the products we sell. If you encounter an issue with a product purchased from us, please refer to the product’s warranty information or contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with repairs or replacements.
