It is important before the start of the challenge to take into account some basic rules:
- It is important that before playing the conditions of each player are discussed, each setting their limits.
- Players must choose a security word, which they will say when they want to stop any of the actions that are carried out in each of the 30 days.
- It is recommended that both participants maintain great trust with each other.
- There must be a master and a submissive role that can alternate during the 30 days.
- Never tie anything around the neck.
- It should not be tied tight.
- It should be played with round-tipped scissors within reach in case the sub feels overwhelmed
